- You NEED OpenIV (get it from the link I included)
- With OpenIV, navigate to "update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf"
- Make sure you are in EDIT mode!
- Drag and drop all the .yft and .ytd files into there
- This vehicle will replace the SHERIFF SUV (sheriff2) in-game

If drag and drop doesn't work, use the add feature (green + icon) to add the files.

The car will spawn in white paint but you can change that to any colour you like in a trainer.

Also...

To install the config lines:

- In OpenIV, navigate to the .meta file's path (you can find the path in the Config Lines.txt)
- Drag the .meta file to somewhere on your computer (i.e. desktop)
- Open it up in Notepad and search for the vehicle slot (e.g. policet) - if this is carvariations.meta and you can't find the slot, just PASTE data under the line <variationData>
- OVERWRITE that slot's data with the data included in the Config Lines.txt with this mod (use copy & paste) then save
- Be VERY careful you select from where it says <item> right down to </Item> otherwise the .meta file will mess up and the game won't work
- Add the edited .meta file back to where it came from using OpenIV (when you've navigated to its original path right click on a space, and click Add, then search for your file)
- This copy & paste method works for vehicles.meta, carvariations.meta and handling.meta

Config lines are NEEDED to fully install vehicle into game otherwise it will be buggy

Always backup your original files first before installing mods!
